Crease Harman & Company has over one-hundred-and-twenty years of experience in dealing with real property issues in British Columbia. Our offices have expertise in all areas of the real property including conveyancing and mortgaging of residential or commercial properties, leasing land or premises, subdivision or consolidation of lands, and all forms of contracts dealing with land. Our litigation department also has expertise in matters such as expropriation law and municipal law relating to land use issues.

The firm is retained by many land development firms, chartered banks and governmental authorities to advise them on land issues. Our firm handles close to two-hundred residential conveyances a year. The firm acts as agent for many law firms outside of the province providing services relating to real property issues.
