At Crease Harman & Company there are a number of lawyers whose current practice is mainly before courts, tribunals and other administrative bodies. In addition, we engage associates exclusively in research and investigation support services to the litigation lawyers.

Peter Klassen, John Savage and Allan Tryon, have appeared on numerous occasions in Provincial Court, B.C. Supreme Court, and the Court of Appeal. All have 20 years or more experience at the bar. Allan R. Tryon has also acted in a variety of insurance related cases, construction litigation cases, including leaky condominium cases.

Lorenzo Oss-Cech has appeared in numerous jury and non-jury trials in Supreme Court and Court of Appeal, in insurance, personal injury, construction, and wrongful dismissal cases.
